Showroom-standard handover — specifics are finalised in the sales contract. Cars still on factory warranty keep their original coverage; consumer rights follow TRNC regulations.

Q: Which service centres honour the warranty?

We have 18 partner authorised service centres across TRNC. The list is handed to you at the showroom and also lives in your customer dashboard.

Q: What voids or sits outside warranty?

Wear items (pads, tyres, clutch), user-caused failures and traces of unauthorised repair are excluded. Extended warranty packages are available at purchase.

Q: How do I book a service appointment?

Book in 2 minutes from your dashboard or via WhatsApp. We respond with the nearest available slot and an estimated duration.

Q: Will you provide a courtesy car during service?

Yes — for jobs over 1 day we provide a free courtesy car. For Showcase cars, the courtesy vehicle matches the segment (e.g. SUV → SUV).

Q: Can I extend the warranty?

Yes — 6, 12 or 24-month extended packages are offered, priced by the car's age and mileage.
